Color-coded lists with custom icons hold your projects, cross-list tags handle everything that cuts across them, and a default Inbox catches whatever you have not sorted yet. Smart views show what matters right now: Today with anything overdue, Upcoming for the next 7 days, Priority grouped by urgency, and a monthly calendar with color-coded task markers on each day.
Focus and momentum built in
A Pomodoro timer starts straight from any task, with configurable work and break intervals and a countdown ring. Daily streaks, weekly recaps, 48 achievements, and 10 levels turn finished tasks into visible progress. Reminders arrive as notifications you can complete or snooze without opening the app, and recurring tasks handle daily, weekly, monthly, or custom rules.
