The hardest part of team headshots isn’t any single photo, it’s making fifty of them look like they belong together. I shoot every person with the same lighting, background, framing, and retouching standard, so your leadership page and staff directory read as one set, not a patchwork of selfies and old crops. New hire next quarter? I match them to the existing look exactly.
On-site at your office, or in studio
Two ways to run it:
- On-site, I bring a portable studio setup to your office and photograph the team in a couple of hours, with minimal disruption to the workday. Best for larger groups.
- In studio, for smaller teams or a polished, controlled result, sessions run at my studio in Leslieville, in Toronto’s east end.
Pricing and group rates
Individual corporate headshots follow my standard model: $100 session + $100 per final retouched image, so each person only pays for the shots they keep. For teams, I quote group rates by headcount, the per-person cost drops as the team grows. Retouched files are delivered in 5 business days, on-brand and web-ready.
